Plesk Migrations Manager error

Hi there,

While attempting to migrate from previous version of Plesk Panel Windows to current (Windows 2012 R2 with Plesk Panel 12) version, following error appears which stops PMM to proceed further.

Error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Parallels\\Plesk\\PMM\\rsessions\\20141117102120197\\capability_info'

This error is generated for all subscriptions which we are trying to migrate and above file can indeed be confirmed missing.

Any ideas ppl?

We need more details from logs in "%plesk_dir%\PMM\logs\migration-xxxx" - pmmcli.log and migration_handler.log
In backup.log you can try to find information why capability info was not generated.

Try to restore permissions with Plesk reconfigurator. Perhaps this issue related to wrong permissions.

Have used Plesk reconfigurator to fix permission but results are still the same.

I have not found any mentions of MVC support in Plesk Release Notes - http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...-for-windows-installation-upgrade-info.html#5
You can try to use it on your own risk.
