Plesk Monitoring I/O write error

Hi,

today I started my Android Plesk Monitoring App and it shows an error like I/O write error, connection timed out, ssl=xxxxxx ...
I don't know the exact error message, because 10 minutes later, it works and it shows the green circle at this server.

What does that mean? I was shocked and thought something was crashed! Can I check some logs for that?

Hello,

I suppose it was just some issues with connection between your device and the server.

The log you can check is Plesk panel log: /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log but I think nothing interesting will be there.
