Plesk MySQL Database Listing

Josh Kennedy

New Pleskian
Hello,

Parallels Plesk Panel version: 9.5.2
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 5.2;build-3790;sp2.0;suite272;product3
MySQL 5.0.45

We have a domain that is not showing an existing MySQL database in the Plesk interface. The database does not show under the domain area nor the admin area database listing. We can create a new user and database and Plesk shows it fine. But the existing database will not show up in the Plesk interface.

The database DOES show in the admin phpmyadmin, but not the users phpmyadmin.

Is there a command that we can run to link the user back with their database?

As possible solution you can create backup of these databases, then remove it. After that you can create these databases via Plesk interface and restore their content from backups.

For reflection such databases in Plesk interface you should add corresponding records to Plesk database. It is not trivial procedure and if you cant do it by yourself - contact support team or use my suggested method.
