plesk name server could not start

hi,

i am running plesk 7.0.3 on windows 2003.
now my plesk name server could not start.
when i see the error log, it is trying to open c:/windows/system32/etc/dns/named.conf instead of c:/programfile/swsoft/etc/dns/named.conf.

how can i rectify this problem.
