• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Good morning all, never had to use the Forum before so please let me know if i have missed any information
So let me explain my issues, my Plesk Login page is not working, but my website files are online and all work apart from not being able to login to each website i suspect this has got something todo with MySql as when i run "service mysqld restart"

I get this result
"Redirecting to /bin/systemctl restart mysqld.service
Failed to restart mysqld.service: Unit not found."

"plesk repair -y"
Gives me error "DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1049] Unknown database 'psa'
exit status 1"

"service mysql stop || service mariadb stop && service plesk-web-socket stop"

"Redirecting to /bin/systemctl stop mysql.service
Failed to stop mysql.service: Unit mysql.service not loaded.
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl stop mariadb.service
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl stop plesk-web-socket.service"

and Main plesk login is giving "

502 Bad Gateway

"

and
plesk repair -y
DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory

exit status 1
gives that now, all Domain Dumps have been cleared also, very strange and within /var/lib/mysql im missing a fair amount of databases
