plesk panel crashing : unhandled exception

Hi all

recently one of servers running plesk 8.2.0.1 for windows ie faced this error while enabling authoring on a domain or creating phyisical hosting

I really am not sure which logs shall i trace back for

ples event log had this errorr

Unhandled exception
E06D7363
Execute file name:


and at browsse :

Fatal error: E1203 Cannot redeclare class pleskexception in c:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\PleskException.php on line 76


Please guide what can i check further or if any update is going to help me?

Since it has happened twice now , its worrtying as plesk panel crashed when this happend

can someone help me with issue so that i can draw out some concludion?

also is this surely fixed in next version 8.3 , any release notes links shall be appercatited for refernce.

Yep, it is fixed in 8.3. We have no mentioned about this issue exactly.
