Plesk panel errors

I have just installed 7.6 for Windows and when I go to a number of panels I get:

The file xxxxxxx.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment.

What am I doing wrong ?

Did you try to restart the Plesk Service ?

I have the same problem!

Running Plesk 7.6 on a clean server under ISS with the JET engine in a virtuozzo environment.

Any ideas?

Check your environment variables (Start > Run > cmd > set).. See if the plesk variables match to the correct locations.

swsoft say this issue appear when you install the wrong license key.

So I assume that a Plesk 7.5 Key needs to be upgraded manually on the key upgarde page!??

Update:
Have the newest key for Plesk for Windows and still the old problem!?
