  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue PLESK panel + Websites hosted extremely slow after LATEST UPDATE

ivan n

New Pleskian
Hello all, a have read almost all topics related to my issue but none of them is closed / fixed.

I recently updated from plex 12 to 17 (using the panel updater installer) all went fine. Now both the cpanel and websites are so damn slow. Contacted hosting provider but they say it has to do with my images, or css ..
Hell no, the same website loaded in about 5 secs before the update and now it loads in about 45 secs.

Let me know what and how to get logs if you need them (not a known bug). thanks.

Plesk does not influence the delivery speed of a website, so you should start looking at why the web server takes so much time to deliver the site. First thing to check is the overall server CPU load and the web server CPU load. Are these high or low?
