Plesk phpmyadmin error 1045 but not always

Sometimes when i want to open phpmyadmin in plesk i get an error saying

#1045 - Access denied for user 'psaadm'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

the strange thing is that its not always giving this error.. sometimes i can login but the few times i actually need it i cant login ... . grrr....

anyone know why ? seems like plesk is hacking in to my brain and lockes me out the moment i need it ......
