Issue Plesk Premium Mail Birthday Calendar

Hello Community.

My Problem is that Birthdays wont Sync from Outlook (EAS) to Roundcube(Plesk Premium) Mail...

But when i Edit Contact in Webmail Birthday is syncing to Outlook and IPhone Contact..
but not displayed in Calendar (iPhone and Outlook)...

Can anyone help me?

Edit:
If i make a new Contact on Phone it wont show up in calendar, but when i create new contact or edit old contact birthday year,
after syncing birthday will display in Calendar:
