• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk questions

Good morning.

Plesk runs between 9 and 10 hours back up the mysql, but I do not know where I can change the time of scheduling, because it is one's own Plesk script (/usr/local/psa/bin/mysqldump.sh). The problem is that almost crashes the server because the server load is very high.

Another question: how can I increase the number of connections qmail site? It's strange because the local queue have many e-mails arrested and these e-mail accounts exists and are not delivered. Is there some additional configuration to solve the problem?

Thanks.

1. Look at /etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily and /etc/crontab
2. I think that there is not problem with number of connections but some internal problems with qmail there. You can try to investigate maillog for possible error messages and try to rebuld mailsettings with mchk. Also this KB article can be useful http://kb.odin.com/en/1470
