Plesk Quota Management Issues

I am running into an issue with only one domain specifically that is reporting that it is over the disk space when it is not actually over. I have cleared the limit, reset to unlimited and even run the domain reconfigurator /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng to ensure that the updates are showing, but yet I still receive a message under the domain list that this domain is over the resource usage limits even though all are ok when I click on the exclamation point. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just wanted to bump this as I am having a similar issue. Plesk actually suspended a domain of mine due to being over quota and it was an unlimited domain! I changed it to a non-unlimited domain and put in 9999MB to see what happens. (It is just over a gig currently.)

The total size detailed in the account list is 15.14 Mb, where are the 178 Mb added??

ok.. i was checking around... the problem is spamassasin.. in the /var/qmail/mailnames/domain/accoun/.spamassasin folder, are 3 files:

bayes_toks 5Mb
bayes_toks.expire16099 5Mb
auto-whitelist 5Mb

15 Mb not listed in the reports... there is the problem.. i guess this shouldnt be added in the account size
