Plesk Rsyslog remote to Syslog-ng

I'm using syslog-ng server and all other client logs using syslog-ng, it's working well.

I'm new to plesk and i want to config plesk client logs transfer log to syslog-ng.

I've already config "*.* syslog-ngIP:514" but it doesn't work.

No any problem about firewall or connection because when i telnet from Plesk to syslog-ngIP:514 and type somethings, syslog-ng recorded all what i type.
