Following the custom installation running apache still requires IIS. I have a customer with scripts not compatible with IIS. How do i install plesk 8.3 running Apache?
to switch Plesk from IIS to apache, please go to command line and perform the following commands:
cd %plesk_bin%
reconfigurator.exe --switch-plesk-web-server --new-provider=apache
after that Plesk will use apache wev server engine instead of IIS.
