• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk Samba File Server (or something similar)

MislavO

Regular Pleskian
I've successfully installed and configurated Samba and my client is already using it, I've also map it as network drive on windows and everything is working fine (creating folders/sync/deleting/uploading, etc.).

Question:
Has anyone installed/configurated some kind of gui with Plesk? http://www.samba.org/samba/GUI/

Client wanted to move to the dedicated server and of course there is a lot of free disk space and he's looking something like dropbox...for start, I've configurated Samba and he can use that, but he's looking for something similar to "dropbox". Maybe some other solution would be possible. Please post your ideas/solutions, don't be shy.

Refer me to existing topics/KB articles if they exists because I couldn't find at this moment anything.
