Plesk set-up: wher are the domain files stored?

I have used (and been frustrated by) cPanel/WHM for quite some time. I have gotten used to where it puts things and HOW it does that. I have a co-located server with Plesk 8.2.1 on CentOS 4.5 and have set up a few clients and domains under those clients. On cPanel, every new domain gets set up under /home/, but that does not seem to be the case with Plesk. In fact, I can not find ANY domain that I have set up on my server ANYWHERE.

So, my questions are:

1) Does Plesk automatically create these directories?

2) If yes, where are they put?

3) If no, is there a way for Plesk to do this and how do I accomplish that?

4) Is there a simple read somewhere for Plesk? A sort of "Plesk for Dummies" book?

Also, is there a check list to be sure that I have this Plesk Server set up correctly? Thanks

1) Does Plesk automatically create these directories?

Yes, they create quite a few

2) If yes, where are they put?

All domains are in /var/www/vhosts

4) Is there a simple read somewhere for Plesk? A sort of "Plesk for Dummies" book?
Unfortunately none that I have found, although you can try their documentation if you feel "brave" lol :p

There are several "tutorials" and what not both here on these forums and on the internet in general on how to fine tune and secure your install, I would suggest reading over them, although most of the security stuff is global for the distro, not the plesk application itself.

Hi , files for domains are stored in /var/www/vhosts/
i am also looking for some sites that helps configuring self managed server, that have some softwares preinstalled.
