Looks like that additionally configured repositories are breaking dependencies.
Rename the additional repository:

# mv /etc/yum.repos.d/percona-release.repo{,.old}
# mv /etc/yum.repos.d/mysql-community.repo{,.old}
# mv /etc/yum.repos.d/mysql-community-source.repo{,.old}

Restart Plesk update/upgrade.
