Plesk VirtualHost No web hosting

Hello Every One
I've a problem with my Plesk 12.0.18 Panel ,
I tried to login today with Admin_User for a virtual host ,but there was a problem with logging
"Error: You have entered incorrect username or password."
then I used the User Administrator ,
and I found "No web hosting" Under the Domain Name for the workspace !!!
and the icons disappeared
there are only

• DNS Settings
• Mail Settings
• ODBC Data Sources
• Remove Website

guys I need your help

Yup i did and i always get an error

i tried to add the hosting with new user and i get this errors

ProtDir_IIS::update() failed: Add Protected Directory failed: columns siteId, path are not unique (Error code 1)

Error: A member could not be added to or removed from the local group because the member does not exist. (Error code 1387) at NetLocalGroupAddMembers(IWPG_sys_makadi2, IWPD_21(sys_makadi2)) (Error code 1)

Error: websrvmng failed: Current IIS application pool identity is not equal to specified identity (Error code 1)

now i get the last error

And if add an exist User (system user ) it gives me an error the "user exist"

I think it's related to the problem the same domain shows no related System user

I tried the solution there then tried to create a web subscription for it with a new system user but it failed with the following error

Error: websrvmng failed: Current IIS application pool identity is not equal to specified identity (Error code 1)

what's next ?

Still not working

According to the 2nd link
The IWPD_`domain_id_from_psa`(up to 10 chars of system user login name)

this is what i see in IIS application pool IWPD17(sys_makadi)
how i can update the domain workspace with this user ?
