PleskControlPanel do not start.

I install new system. Plesk was also installed and it didn't show any error at first. But now if I start from Control Panel all what I need but PleskControlPanel do not start. Can anyone help?:mad:
 
It isn't enough information. Firstly, you should check file permissions by Plesk Reconfigurator -> Correct disk permissions and Plesk Reconfigurator -> Repair Plesk installation -> Plesk file security. Also you can try to start PleskControlPanel service via services.msc.
