PleskControlPanel is stopped after installing ISAPI 2.0

Recently, I have installed ISAPI 2.0 and after that Plesk wrapper services and plesk control panel services stopped. Then i manually started both and both showing running status and then wheni opened my control panel through browser, it again stopped.

I did the following but still it is not working
1. I repaired plesk services through plesk reconfigurator.
2. changed recylce to 10 and 1000
3. Re-installed plesk through add remove programs.

After doing lot of efforts, final result is same. please let me know if anybody faced same problem.

Make sure that on folder where you installed ISAPI 2.0 permissions for psacln, psaadm presents at least read, read and execute, list folder content
