PleskMEMTA event stops mail from getting delivered

Paul Muloin

New Pleskian
We are running Plesk 9.2.1 on Windows Server 2003 64bit with MailEnable Enterprise 4.26

Every now an then mail stops being delivered (very random, could be a week or more). The MTA logs shows that the mail is being delivered to the server just not to the mailboxes.

Below is an excerpt from the MTA Log file showing PleskMEMTA running and then after that all we see is the processing file logs until we access the server and restart the MailEnable MTA Agent.

MailEnable recommends turning off third party pick up events especially when using Plesk ..see this article
http://www.mailenable.com/kb/Content/Article.asp?ID=me020497

We want know exactly what that Plesk event is doing before disabling it as it could cause other problems we are not aware of.

Thanks in advance
