hi

how can i do that, that when i enter the IP adress of a customer (he is using this IP exclusive, nobody other) that i get on his domain?

If i enter now the IP, i just get
If you see this page it means:

* hosting for this domain is not configured
* or
* there's no such domain registered in Plesk

But there is a Domain configured for this IP.

How can i solve this?

thx

You should try to set up domain as default for the ip address. You can do it via CP -> Server -> Ip addresses -> ip address -> hosting link.

Is there a way to specify the main shared IP to use the PLESK default page? What is happening is that our clients which use the shared IP are complaining that if any of thier visitors try to pull up https:www/theirsite.com they actually get another random customer's website which is also using the shared IP instead of the default plesk page?
