Resolved ports closed after update

last night plesk did a update and since this my ports i had open that connected to ssh and my docker sql are not connecting on tcp
i can ping them but no connections
ive tried disabling all firewalls and disabling immunify 360
ip tables says the ports are open
plesk firewall has them open
ufw has them open but no connection

is there a way to revert to a earlier update on plesk? or another way to find what is blocking tcp
