PostgreSQL / Tomcat issues

Heya,

After installing ColdFusion MX, and using it as an apache module instead of it using it's own webserver, PostgreSQL fails to start. I can't find any information in /var/log/messages, so could anyone tell me another place to look for whatever might have caused it?

Second... TomCat doesn't seem to start when I do /etc/init.d/psa start. I have to start it from the controlpanel or manualyl from shell, anyone know how to make it so that psa starts it along with httpd, named, mysql, etc?
