PP 12 - MariaDB 10 - Ubuntu 12.04 - 502 Bad Gateway

Hi,

we have a problem with "PP 12.0.18 Update #6" with "MariaDB 10.0.12" and Ubuntu 12.04.4 (x64).

If you go to "Subscriptions" -> "Customize" we get a "502 Bad Gateway" from nginx
This also happens we go to "Service Plans" -> "Add new Plan" or try to edit a existing plan.

/var/log/sw-cp-server/sw-engine.log shows:

/var/log/syslog shows:

I already tried to set apc.enabled = 0 in "/usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini"

And increased in /etc/sw-cp-server/config:
fastcgi_buffers 32 128k;
fastcgi_buffer_size 256k;

Any ideas?

is for hosting packages and not for the panel and it is error 504 and not 502

Hi,

no further ideas? We cannot use many functions of Plesk because of this error.
I thought MariaDB 10 is supported with PP 12...

I'm having the exact same issue after upgrading to MariaDB 10 running 12.0.18 Update #13, on Debian 7.

Hi,

i never found a solution. I made an DB dump, a downgrade and a import of this dump. Now i work with MySQL 5.5 again.

Same thing with MySQL 5.6.20 (from the official MySQL Repos) on Ubuntu 12.04.5 with Plesk 12 (latest Version).

It is not possible to use Plesk 12 with MySQL > 5.5 or MariaDB on Ubuntu 12.04
