• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

PPWSE image browser paths

Running Plesk 8.1.1 and Plesk Professional Web Site Editor. I have this annoying problem: when customers use the Insert Image button and browse to an image from a subdirectory, PPWSE makes an absolute path to the image file. Even a faulty one, at that. For example:

http://domain.tld/httpdocs/images/myimage.jpg

Does anyone know if there is a way to modify this behaviour, or are we stuck asking customers to manually remove the "http://domain.tld/httpdocs/" part? Kind of defeats the purpose of having the image browsing feature...

Was there ever a resolution here? I'm running 8.2.1 and I have the same issue, very annoying.
