PPWSE install problem

Hello,

I am trying to add PPWSE to one of my sites. I have both the Client level and the Domain level limites for disk space set to unlimited. But when I try to do the install I get the following error:

The site application requires the resources, which are not currently available
Required Description Value Available
Disk space The required resource is not available due to domain limits defined. 9.5 MB 0 B

I have tried a number of different things and can't figure this out. This Client has two domains. One domain I can install it and the other I can not. Any suggestions.
