Question Prevent Nginx for specific URL

We have a URL (from a Magento 1 install) which is being wrongly handled by Nginx like this:

https://domain.com/js/index.php/x.js?f=prototype/prototype.js,prototype/validation.js,mage/adminhtml/events.js,mage/adminhtml/form.js,scriptaculous/effects.js

Instead this URL should be handled by Apache as it is a PHP request.

How can I configure it in Plesk so that Nginx doesn't handle this URL?

The server is running Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 on CentOS.

You'll likely need to configure Plesk's serve static files option to not server .js files for the site.
