Could you please describe with more details how it can be used for attack? Why do you think that you can be hacked by this code? How it can be reproduced? What is version of your Plesk and MU exactly?

Parallels Plesk Panel version 9.5.2
OS server 2003
if you copy this code into a .php file and upload it to a host, you could see, if you run this from web browser, you could access all directories without permission. this is my problem. i will send you a private message and i told you where is this file on my server, so you could check it.
