Prevent users from working with the control panel until interface screens

Greetings,

We are having a problem in incapacitating the Screen Interface of the Panel of Control, therefore exactly being incapacitated the same one it continues to appear.

Option: Domain Administration Access ===> sub-option: Prevent users from working with the control panel until interface screens are completely loaded

How to proceed to correct this problem?

Prevent users from working with the control panel until interface screen loaded

The error is occurring whenever the customer desires to incapacitate the Screen Interface in the option Domain Administration Access ===> later it takes away mark the sub-option: Prevent users from working with the control panel until interface screens ploughs completely loaded, with this the Interface screen would have to leave to appear for the customer, however this is not happening, the interface screen continues to make it difficult the navigation.

Which browser do you use? Did you tried to reproduce it on other supported browsers?
