ich bin gerade ein wenig am verzweifeln. Seit Tagen versuche ich den Preview-Generator für Vorschaubilder von Videodateien in NextCloud zum laufen zu bringen. Ich hoffe, jemand von Euch hat da einen Idee. Hab das Internet schon leer gelesen
Hier mal ein paar Angaben:
Ubuntu 22.04
Plesk Obsidian
PHP 8.2
Nextcloud 27.1.2 (installiert direkt aus Plesk-Erweiterungen)
Nachinstallierte Module: imagemagick, ffmpeg, ghostscript
Ich kann mich absolut auf den Kopf stellen, es kommen keine Vorschauen von Videodateien. Alle anderen sind da. Ich habe auch den Eindruck, dass der Generator versucht diese anzuzeigen und da ein Problem hat. Ich bekomme keine Fehlermeldungen oder ähnliches.
Wenn mir da jemand helfen könnte, wäre das absolut prima und würde mir das Wochenende retten. Weiter Infos kann es bei Bedarf geben. Kann es an den PHP Einstellungen unter Plesk liegen?
