Preview link not shown in domain list when selecting a domain for preview in Plesk

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

When using the "Default Quick Preview" option in Tools & Settings > Website Preview Settings a preview link is shown in the Domain list when using the Service Provider view. Example image bellow.

However when selecting either the "Quick Preview on a domain name in Plesk" or "Quick Preview on an external domain name" option in Tools & Settings > Website Preview Settings the preview link is not shown in the Domain list.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Use Service Provider view
2. Change preview setting in Tools & Settings > Website Preview Settings to either "Quick Preview on a domain name in Plesk" or "Quick Preview on an external domain name".
3. Observe that no preview link is shown in the list of Domains (click Domains on menu on te left side in Plesk)
4. Change preview setting in Tools & Settings > Website Preview back to "Default Quick Preview".
5. Observe that now a preview link is shown in the list of Domains (click Domains on menu on te left side in Plesk)

ACTUAL RESULT

No preview link shown in Domains list when selecting "Quick Preview on a domain name in Plesk" or "Quick Preview on an external domain name" when using Service Provider view.

EXPECTED RESULT

Preview links are shown in the Domains list when selecting any of the options in Website Preview Settings when using Service Provider view.

The bug PPPM-13359 has been confirmed.
Also created another bug PPPM-13361 that Domains > Preview link for example.com domain shows

Error: Cannot generate preview URL for the domain with ID '13'

if example.com domain is selected in Tools & Settings > Website Preview > "Quick Preview on a domain name in Plesk"

Fixed in 18.0.41:

The “Preview” link for the domain selected for previewing other websites (“Tools & Settings” > “Website Preview” > “Quick Preview on a domain name in Plesk”) is no longer shown in the Domain list in Service Provider view. (PPPM-13361)
