Question Preview not functioning? Plesk Obsidian 403

I was never able to get Website Preview functioning. Other than that PLESK is working great.

I was getting 403 errors, after following these directions:

I got most of the domains to show a preview.

I'd like to setup a domain and make sure it's functioning and configured properly before switching the DNS records from my old host to my new PLESK host instance.
Is that not the proper way to do it? Can you use "preview" for development? or is that not proper?

Changing my hosts file to the PLESK instance for the domain I am working on works great, get to the wordpress page so I know it's functioning, but when I try to login, it fails. 403.

I am using Amazon Web Services / Lightsail / PLESK Obsidian / sites are functioning fine, just this preview. I am sure I didn't set it up properly when first configuring PLESK.
I think it's because it's not secure?
