Question private directories

Hi there,


As can you check in attached screnshot, there area a folder called "privated directories" for paths:

/var/lib/mysql
/var/www/vhosts
/var/qmail/mailnames
/var/named/chroot

this plesk was installed with a OVH ISO.

Now, i am doing a fresh installation, but i don´t knwo how can i protect this folders.

Actually... I don't know, what the OVH iso configured on your server. I never used OVH servers and I never used their services.

If your question is, if these "protections" for the mentioned folders are necessary or essential on servers where Plesk is installed, then the answer would be: No. :)
