• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

prob registering with sslfactory

I am having problems registering for a new account with sslfactory. I fill out their form, provide everything necessary, but then do not get my confirm email, etc.

i am trying to also locate a phone number or contact email so I can do that, make a contact!!! to try and solve this problem.

now I did go into the panel adn do the ssl activation and I wonder if i should have waited until I actually had an account with sslfactory. maybe that is the problem, panel trying to sync with something that is not yet active.

I would appreciate any thoughts or actual contact phone numbers OR emails, etc. or any ideas why I am having so much trouble registering?? asap trying to set up my hosting and reseller. yes there is competition on the yellow brick road TOTO!!!
