Issue Probably problem with DNS - need advise

If possible someone to advise me how to make follows :

They require that you follow these
simple steps.

1. The SMTP banner/helo is set to a non-generic hostname
2. The reverse DNS is set and matches the SMTP banner/HELO
3. SPF and DKIM records are set.


How to create those 3 steps and how to implement them into a PLES DNS area

Hi Ickov,

1. Changing Your Server's Host Name - check full hostname inside the Panel;
2. PTR-record usually sets on Provider/Cloud sides. It depends on where your Plesk installed;
3. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC Protection - Enable required anti-spam solutions, Plesk will add required records into DNS automatically.
