Good morning.

I have the following problem.

I use Plesk to manage several websites. Some of them also have their own mail service.

How do I fix the "Reverse DNS does not match SMTP banner" error when there's actually only one mail server running?
 
Where you have named your mail server mail.domain.tld, speak to your provider and ask them to set your Reverse DNS/PTR to mail.domain.tld.
That will remove the error from all domains.
Depending on your provider, you may be able to set the PTR yourself.
