problem creating a new database server

Hi,

1)I have created a new database server, and i can't go thrue it, i have this error message:
Warning: The last attempt to control this database server failed because the supplied account does not possess administrative privileges.

so now i have this database server created as default with a red sign and i don't have the right to delete it in Server>Databse Server?? i don't understand because i am connected to the plesk panel with the admin account.

2)in Mysql i am not able to use the user "root" ?
I am not able to see what are the rights that are given to the user account that i have created.

3) in the database i don't even have the the right to do this : SET PASSWORD FOR a@localhost = OLD_PASSWORD('b');

what should i do to have the right to manage my database servers.

im trying to create a new database server but i have this Error:Access denied for user 'admin'@'sd-42414.dedibox.fr' (using password: YES)
can someone help me plllz
