Problem creating a subdomain

Hi,

I suggest the answer is quite easy, but I wasn't be able to find a solution.

I have a domain (e.g. abcd.de)
The documentroot for this domain is set to /httpdocs/folder1

Now I created a subdomain (e.g. test.abcd.de) with the documentroot /httpdocs/folder2

But when I try to call test.abcd.de I receive an error (server not found).

In the domain overview page: If I press on "preview" the correct subdomain is shown, but if I press on "open" I receive this error too.

What do I have to do?
