Problem during installation with package...

I have a problem with a package when installing the panel parallels plesk 9.5 on an x86_64 system.

The machine is running on Virtuozzo. It is a VPS.

Error:

ERROR: Unable to install the "psa-backup-manager-9.5.2-cos5.build95100504.10.x86_64" package.
Not all packages were installed.
Please, contact product technical support.

Did you install Plesk with Virtuozzo template or with autoinstaller inside VPS? Did you tried to find a reason in autoinstaller log /tmp/autoinstall3.log ?

Hi,

I can use:

CentOS 5.x 64bit
Autoinstaller 6.4M

Log:

[root@barcelona plesk]# log /tmp/autoinstall3.log
-bash: log: command not found

I am following the following guide:

What is the 'log' command? For viewing text files 'less' command should be used. Why you do not use Virtuozzo template for Plesk installation if it is Virtuozzo VPS?

I can not find in the downloads section of parallels. I only see the Windows and I use Linux.

log/tmp/autoinstall3.log: No such file or directory
