Problem files deleted :s don't acces panel

Hi all, i have a problem :s

I have try to install Pureftpd to remplace proftpd for use FXP protocol but during the installation , there are many files to be deleted :s and i don't acces to my panel now.

Error: "Not Found
The requested URL /login.php3 was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at 193.24.215.33 Port 8443"

You have solution for acces to panel ?
All services are running (apache etc)
