• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Problem Login into Customer & Business Manager

Hello,

I can login to my normal Plesk 10.4 Linux panel, and when I click on something in the left under Business,
whatever I click it redirects me to the login screen of Plesk Customer & Business Manager.
However, my Plesk Panel login won't work. And if I do use "forgot password" it sends me a password,
however I cannot login with "admin" and that password.

What do I do?

That doesnt work....

The following error occurred in panel 'Local Parallels Plesk Panel server (xxx.yyy.zzz)': Wrong panel administrator's credentials were provided. Correct the credentials on the panel settings page.

/usr/share/plesk-billing/update-admin --password '<test12345>'
Update password using command above and typing your Plesk password. Ignore appeared error about "Wrong panel administrator's credentials were provided. Correct the credentials on the panel settings page."

Try to log in using direct URL https://domain.com:8443/plesk-billing/admin

Go to All Settings > Hosting panels > local panel > Edit and type there Plesk password.

Run /usr/share/plesk-billing/integration --command=repair-all

I do not understand.
I can type type update-admin - sure.... but then... login in directly, wont work.
And "Go to all settings >....." - where? I dont have "All Settings" in Plesk and under Tools & Settings, I dont have hosting panels... ?!?!

Am I dumb or ... ???

Could you please send me your Panel/SSH logins and passwords plus IP address using private message?
