Issue Problem open port

Hello, I installed WHMCS on a PLESK server except that to link with an API it asks me to open the port 4085 I opened it with iptables but it is still closed I wanted to know if plesk have their own system for ports because I do not understand

Go to Tools and Settings > Firewall and click Enable Firewall Rules Management

Then in the list of rules you can set post to open for outbound there. This will tell you where to find that setting:

Outgoing port 4085 should be open by default. If it is not, there is a chance that in front of the server, in the data center you have an additional firewall. That can be controlled by you data center's server control panel.
