Hello,

I’ve upgraded my server to Debian 10.13, then I’ve upgraded Plesk to 18.0.46. Since then I have two problems :

1) I can’t receive mails from the server. I get a « Connexion to default ports of the mail server expired » from my mail client. I’ve checked the services, and Postfix, Dovecot and SMTP are running. Firewalld doesn't seem to be installed. firewall-cmd doesn't exist. Plesk firewall is active.

2) Roundcube is not working. I had to reinstall it, but the installation process ends with this message :

What MariaDB/MySQL version are you using?

I can't help you with your first issue, for the second issue I suggest uninstalling Roundcube again and to check afterwards if the RC database has been (fully) removed. If not manually remove roundcube database and install RC again.

I have Mysql 5.5.9999+default. I've tried to uninstall/reinstall Roundcube without success, I have the same error message when I reinstall, and I don't know how to remove manually the Roundcube database

The following packages will be REMOVED:

plesk-roundcube*

0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 1 to remove and 12 not upgraded.

After this operation, 31.5 MB disk space will be freed.

I don't know how to remove manually the Roundcube database
Go to Tools & Settings > Database Servers and click the the little icon a right side of the MySQL row to open PhpMyAdmin. Search for the roundcubemail database and make sure it's empty after you've removed RC.

But I think you might be better off contacting Plesk support to help you solve your issues.

Thank you. I'll try that. Regarding the not being able to connect and get my mails, I've found in the maillog something indicating that the connexion is lost each time Mail try to get the mails, but I don't see why :

I close this issue. I've made a migration of my server on a new server with a fresh Debian 11 installation, and now everything is working fine Thank you for your answers :)
