Problem to run mchk command

When I run the command: /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam, the settings in /var/qmail/control disappears. All domains in rcpthosts, virtualdomains informations are empty.

What can I do?

Do you mean custom settings or what? Why it is affect you? Is mchk broke your mailserver ?
