Problem upgrading from 7.6.1 o 8.1

Hello.


We're trying to upgrade our Plesk server from version 7.6.1 to 8.1. After all the process of upgrading we get this message:

Plesk 8.1 for Microsoft Windows Setup Alert

Internal Error 2720.2

At that point, the installation stops and rollback.

Besides what I commented in the first post, I've realized the utilities client.exe and domain.exe stopped working since I tried the update.

Any idea on how to solve this??

Solution

Hello !

To install bringing update of Plesk 7.6.1 to 8.1.1:{

It installs first:

SiteBuider 3.2 and HotFixes. This corrects the error that Plesk 8.1.1 presents during the installation.

After installing SiteBuilder

Install Plesk 8.1.1

http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.1/Windows/8.1.1/plesk_8.1.1_build070326.13.exe


Soon! If yours plesk 7.6.1 will be functioning update correctly goes to occur without more problems.
