• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Problem with AW-Stats on SuSE 9.3

Hi,

I'm running a VPS with SuSE 9.3 and Plesk. I recently updated my System via yast. Since that time no more Web statistics have been created.

An investigation showed that the cron job tries:
/usr/share/awstat
s/awstats_buildstaticpages.pl -awstatsprog=/srv/www/cgi-bin/awstats/awstats.pl -
configdir=/usr/local/psa/etc/awstats -config=topolanek.at-anon_ftp -dir=/var/www
/vhosts/topolanek.at/statistics/anon_ftpstat/

but awstat is in /srv/www/cgi-bin/awstats.pl. As a temporary fix I created a symlink, but there is another issue:

When I try to set AWstat as the reporting tool in the domain settings, the config files in /usr/local/psa/etc/awstats are not created.

Anyone with a good idea?

thanks
Alexander
