A missing include at the php-fpm module for php5.4 at OS system level by installing Plesk Onyx.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Check php-fpm.service at systemctl and check for failures:
If so, locate /etc/php-fpm.conf and add at line 12 of this file:
