Problem with copy of sites, scheduled backups, installing apps and database copy

For some time I can not do the following operations on plesk:

Copy of sites, scheduled backups, installing apps and database copy.

No error is only doing but don't nothing.

In the database longtasks tasks appear:

Status: Started
ProgressStatus: queue

I deleted the tasks but still not working.

I have plesk 11.5 with all updates.

Centos 6.4

In OVH server with grsecurity kernel

Does anyone have any ideas?

Try to find related error messages in /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log

No logs related, only remain undone.

For example I give to copy a website:

Copying the website xxxxxxxx.com to xxxxxxx.es. You will be Notified of the progress by email

And nothing.
