• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Problem with DNS outside of network -- HELP!!

I have a single domain. My problem is that I can hit the webpage for the domain just fine when I enter the URL on ANY of my servers on the same network. However, if I try to hit the domainaname from outside my network, I get the default Plesk page.

My server is behind a firewall and is NAT'ed. I've asked my ISP to enablt tcp on ports 21,22,53,80,443, and 8443. Do you think that port 53 UDP would cause the issue above? IS tthere any other reason why this would happen? Am I missing anything?

Please help me.I've been going at this for 2 days straight with no sleep. I even go myself a new server and migrated from Plesk on Windows to Plesk on Linux.
